There will be roof-top and late night celebrations, formal dinners, brunches, cocktail events, wine tastings, panel discussions, seminars and culinary demonstrations with some of our country’s premier celebrity chefs. The Grand Tastings will be held on Saturday and Sunday, October 17th and 18th, at Pier 94. The public will be able to experience dozens of  food and wine samples, at the booths of numerous participating restaurants and food businesses, as well as food preparation demonstrations by favorite, well-known professionals throughout both days.
